Learn general computer security concepts, and gain an understanding of the various forms of security threats. Topics include wireless technology and security, and the basic network concepts of firewalls, routers, switches, and hubs. Review NAT, VLANs, and RAS. Review algorithms, concepts of using cryptography, PKI, standards, protocols, and Key Management/Certificate Lifecycle. Note: The textbook and one exam voucher are included in the cost of this class. The voucher may be requested up to six months after completing the course. Prerequisite: 63312 or equivalent experience.
