Modern Dance Techniques for Fitness

Enjoy an invigorating dance workout. The class is simple to follow, the movements are based on contemporary modern dance - an exciting, multicultural performing dance form. Starting with an energizing warm-up to stretch and strengthen the body and de-stress the mind, movements continue with the rhythmic, dynamic joy of dance. You will experience whole body exercise, stress release, improved balance, body-mind integration, and confidence in your dance skills. Men and women of all ages will enjoy and benefit from this class. No previous dance experience is necessary.
