Learn the Pilates classical method in the exact way that was developed and intended by Joseph Pilates. In this course you will learn the Pilates method of body conditioning as a system. We will work on the reformer, cadillac, chairs, and barrels. The repertoire of exercises strengthens and stretches the whole body creating postural awareness, while stabilizing the spine by engaging the "Powerhouse." The exercises provide a challenge on all planes of body movement and against the resistance of the springs. This class is limited to 5 students.
