Use Microsoft Project 2013 as your Project Management Information System (PMIS). Learn how to outline and build a specific project plan step-by-step, incorporating complex relationships between tasks and resources. Design a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure completion of the project, set realistic schedules, make accurate estimates, and manage the expectations of customers. 

Notes: Prerequisite: Basic computer experience. Provided textbook:  Microsoft Project 2013: The Missing Manual, 1st ed., Bonnie Biafore; ISBN-13: 978-1449357962. (This book is also required for the MS Project Module 2, 3, and Project Reports courses.) The textbook is provided in this course.
