Sauces are to food, what icing is to cake. Explore how versatile sauces can be from main course enhancements to pasta toppings, salad dressings, and dessert delicacies. During class we’ll discuss various sauce families and make many different sauces including: Classic Béarnaise, Raspberry Mole, Tomato-Basil for pasta, Grand Marnier for dessert, and many more. Note: A $15 food fee will be collected at the first class.
