Bon appétit! Take elegant French cuisine to a practical level and learn about the hearty foods found in the bistros, the simple little restaurants of France. You’ll make a menu of Coq au Vin,  Brie and Leek tart with homemade pie pastry, Coq au Vin, Potatoes Boulangere, Baba Au Rum.
  Note: A $15 food fee will be collected at the beginning of class.
