This comprehensive course covers key project management issues: integrating project management principles into existing corporate systems; understanding stakeholders and their needs; and separating ongoing operational processes from project management processes. You’ll learn how to: incorporate project scope, time, and cost management into planning and execution processes; create a project management office and establish quality and risk assessment as parts of the decision-making process. 

Notes: Pre-requisite: Understanding Project Management or previous experience in project management. Required text: The textbook is provided in the course tuition. Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling, 11th ed., Harold Kerzner.
