Psychology and the Maintaining of Personal Meaning

« back to classes page
We will explore how life "in the raw," as in its natural state, is ultimately meaningless. It's up to each human being to create and define what is meaningful to him or her in their lives to make the struggles of life worth enduring. As we age, we lose more of that meaning through the death of friends and relatives, physical disabilities, the increase of fear, anxiety and such. It is imperative that we show our resiliency by creating new meaning appropriate for what our current stage in life might be.
