This is a quick survey which looks at the Federal Government to address some basic questions: What do the different Branches, Departments and Agencies do? What are their budgets, how are they managed, what is the role of the seperation of powers, the Presidency, Congress and the Supreme Court? How do the major idealogical currents (Conservative, Libertarian, New Democrat Liberal and Progressive) view the Federal Government, the Constitution and the Debt?
