Alternative Methods to Strength Training

Get fit, lose weight, and have fun exploring new strength training techniques. In this class, for most fitness levels, you’ll get into the best shape of your life using: TRX, free weights, medicine balls, sleds, ropes, body weight exercises, and Tabata protocols. In addition to two weekly boot camp classes, you’ll get nutrition tips and a body fat analysis.  Note: Wear workout attire; bring a water bottle, and a small towel. Sign up early as class size is limited.
