Practice yoga and build community with other expectant moms in this informational, relaxing prenatal yoga class. You’ll practice yoga poses to build strength, endurance, and flexibility while decreasing the aches, pains, and discomforts of pregnancy. The class also covers poses to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles and relaxation techniques that will provide powerful support during your pregnancy and birth. You will learn to breathe and coping techniques. Prepare for an empowered birth through movement, sound and breath techniques.
