The purpose of the Service Operation certification course is to impart, test, and validate the candidates knowledge on how to establish the processes required to run, improve and maintain stability in a day-to-day IT operations environment. The course focuses on improving business value with knowledge, establishing enterprise monitoring practices, and efficiently delivering and supporting key services. This course will conclude with a 90-minute exam on the last day of the course. This certification is worth 3 credits of the 22 required to achieve ITIL Expert Certification. The ITIL® Foundation Certification in IT Service Management V3 is a prerequisite to taking this class. Proof of certification must be provided a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of class. Learners must complete approximately 20 hours of personal study prior to taking this class. Students will need access to the core ITIL books and bring SO to class. These books are not included in the cost of this class.
