Want a Yoga Body? You already have one! You have a body, so you can do yoga. Curvy Yoga™ is about making our yoga practice work for us‚ with the bodies we have, not the bodies we used to have or we wish we had. Curvy Yoga is about embracing and celebrating ourselves, body, mind, and spirit. This class will introduce accessible, alignment-based yoga postures and muscle actions to support them. The class will progress week to week‚ beginning with the basic building blocks of alignment-based yoga practice and moving toward more complex postures. We will also practice relaxation and breath work to relieve stress and build body awareness.
