Alexander Technique: The Basics

Do you experience physical discomfort or have repetitive stress injury pain? Learning the Alexander Technique can help. With gentle, hands on guidance you will re-learn how to move, sit, stand and perform any activity the way your body was originally meant to work. You will work on unlearning postural and movement habits that prevent you from being your best. Living can be much easier! There will be a one hour private session scheduled after the end of this class.
