Restorative Yoga and Meditation

Restorative yoga cultivates a state of deep relaxation by combining restful yoga poses with attention to the breath. Restorative yoga also features a slower pace, a less complex sequence of poses, and a variety of props (provided by the studio) in order to spend more time in each pose with less muscular exertion. Meditative breathwork will contribute to the goal of slowing down and finding stillness. Benefits can include stress reduction, improved range of motion and alignment, and better body awareness.
