Every business needs a marketing program to attract prospects, and a sales strategy to convert them to customers. In this course you'll learn both. The class is designed for business owners and managers, sales people, or anyone who wants to improve their sales skills.
We'll focus on the foundation for building a comprehensive marketing plan for your business. You will leave with a workbook detailing a method for analyzing your company, prospective customers for your product or service, and new ideas for the most effective ways of reaching them.
Most Salespeople learn about their product or service but do not learn how to actually be a salesperson. In this class you will learn the basics of HOW to be a better salesperson. That doesn't mean cliché closes, but specific ways to organize your pipeline and prospects, follow up, create winning presentations, and getting through to the decision maker.
A primary goal of the class is to help you gain confidence for any selling situation.
