Yoga: Defeating Diabetes

  In this workshop you will learn a simple yet very effective yogic breathing techniques and postures that effect the functioning of your pancreas, stimulating and rejuvenating its capacity to produce insulin. These postures massage, tone, squeeze and stimulate the nerves and the circulatory system which in turn helps in controlling diabetes. These poses help to balance the endocrine system. Please join Zoreh for a healing afternoon of yoga asana, breath, meditation and deep rest, as she will share the sequence of postures that have helped reverse her diagnosis of pre-diabetes for the last five years, taking away the many unbearable symptoms. Today she is enjoying the freedom of vibrant health without any medications. Come as your are, no prior experience in yoga is needed, just your desire for health and well being is needed.
