An Uneasy Pairing: Exploring Science and the Law

The law shapes society, but society, in large part, is shaped by science and our access to increasing levels of technology. We’ll discuss and begin to unwrap the mystery of science and the law. Why is the relationship confusing, enlightening and everything in between? The instructor will lead an examination of the past and current standards related to scientific evidence in legal proceedings.
