This course is to gain the essential knowledge, skills and abilities for achieving successful change and transition in individual careers and organizations in this ever increasing frequency and complex environment. The ability to manage change and transition successfully to new ways is emerging as one of the most important skill areas to master. Effective managing of change and the transition is required for survival and success but the historic failure rate for implementing change is 70% or many times greater. The major cause of this failure rate is the lack of effective and efficient planning. Planning is the critical missing link that prevents successful transitioning to the desire change. This course will provide the opportunity to participate in an eye opener “see, learn and do” process that will adequately prepare participants to attain the degree of competence to manage an imposed or elected change from initiation to completion.
