Building strength is a great way to get more energy and tap into the fountain of youth whatever your current fitness state! In this course, strength, core and cardio exercises are combined in circuits, a proven way to maximize fitness and keep your body and mind from getting complacent. You’ll practice exercises for muscular endurance, definition and power – and don’t worry, there are always options! Classes are held in a private studio and kept small so you get personalized attention without the distractions of a big gym. All levels are welcome, with an emphasis on combining fitness and fun.
