Perfect a delicious talent! Hands-on practice and demonstrations will help build your high altitude baking skills. You’ll put in to practice baking techniques and learn about topics including the chemistry of baking, and weights and measures as applied to cakes, breads, and pastries.
The fall menu will be Bûche de Noël, as published in the New York Times; whole wheat bread, Cinnamon Coffee Rings, and Brownies with dried apricots and pecans.
Note: A $15 food fee will be collected at the first class.
