There is no time like the Holidays for a show-stopping dessert! In this class we will focus on the classic Yule Log. We will cover technique on making a sponge cake, rolling a cake, making French Buttercream, and finally-- décor and display. On the menu: Chocolate sponge cake with Raspberry & Chocolate filling, covered in chocolate French buttercream. NOTE: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the start of the class.
