This Labor Day Weekend, treat yourself to four days of relaxation with yoga and meditation, as you connect with nature in the beautiful Zuni Mountains. Begin each day with an early morning rise-in nature yoga session, led by an experienced yoga instructor. Afternoons will be spent with a trained Naturalists and an experienced Southwest Herbalist. Learn about native and medicinal plants, hike the land and build your plant identification skills, learn how to be sustainable in wild-crafting. Spend time rejuvenating and reflecting in a beautiful atmosphere surrounded by nature. Enjoy evenings around a campfire with new found friends or take a walk under a star filled sky.
