This class includes breathing exercises and meditations to restore sleep, feel more peace, engage the body and mind to heal and self-regulate. This class helps students to restore balance and teaches simple meditations. This class is relaxing and always includes a ten minute sound bath using a symphonic gong, crystal bowl and Tibetan bowls. Good for all levels.
