Are you at a plateau in your exercise regimen? Need something fast and effective? This class will use the Tabata protocol which is 8 exercises at 20 seconds each, at all out intensity, followed by a 10 second rest between each exercise. After completion of one set there is a 2 minute rest. This sequence is repeated 4 times for a total of 20 minutes. After completion, there is a cool down followed by core work.
