Since antiquity happiness and wellbeing have been the core pursuits of humanity. There is convincing scientific research evidence to show that this state of mind can be facilitated by using exercises in the area of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. Specifically, if practiced in a group setting with feedback and support of other group members, the feeling of wellbeing is shown to be substantially increased. The present workshop proposes to discuss and facilitate specific techniques and help the participants find strategies or activities which will suit them and practical ways to implement these strategies in their daily lives to enhance their happiness and positivity.
