What are habits? Habits are behaviors that become automatic because they have been performed frequently in the past. This repetition or automaticity creates a mental association between the situation (cue) and action (behavior) and very soon we find ourselves at the mercy of these patterns.

With mindfulness practices we can learn how to bring habitual behaviors and thought patterns into awareness and see them with greater clarity & wisdom. We can pause before reacting and choose the appropriate response for the moment we are in. Take home powerful tools to train your mind,implement a new rewarding pattern and create a compassionate action plan.
