Learn how to take better care of yourself with mindfulness meditation based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Participate in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching with mindful movement, and inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life. The course includes a comprehensive workbook, guided meditations and an all-day retreat near the end of the class.
Prerequisite: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Orientation.
