This course is both an introduction to French cuisine and a way to practice your French conversation skills. It has been designed with French II and French III students in mind. You will will learn about the exciting history of how French cuisine has become one of the world’s most renown one, while cooking a regional specialty in class, learning the vocabulary associated with making this dish, and speaking with your fellow cooks/students in French. Oh là là ! So much fun!
