This course will build on your physical, mental and emotional strengths and teach you how to work with your vulnerabilities. Each week, you will explore a different physical and spiritual theme. Together, the themes will be designed to build your core strength; improve your flexibility, balance, and bone and joint health; and cultivate self-awareness and harmony with the world around you.
