This class is designed for all levels - from the experienced beginner and level I students looking to build their practice, as well as the intermediate student of yoga. Each class weaves together yoga, mindfulness and breath work in creative sequences and more variations of postures are introduced. A fusion of Hatha ,Vinyasa and Power yoga styles. Begins with a mindful intention and closes with a short guided meditation. Some days Iyenger and restorative elements are added to the class flow.
